Redband trout legacy tissue collection sites
Tissues samples of redband trout have been collected across the western US. This map attempts to collate all of the known collection sites from the Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) and the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (CRITFC). The dataset also contains the number of samples collected at each location.
** Be aware that this map is a work in progress. Data are still being cleaned and the data set will be continually updated. Points that occur outside of the western US have telemetry errors in the Lat/Longs.
