Summary of legacy tissue samples for Redband Trout
This Excel sheet provides a summary of the 26,000 tissue samples collected from Redband Trout across the Western USA.
We will need researchers in the Trout Mechanisms group to go through it and select samples for genetic analysis that match our GEM3 needs. We don’t plan to sequence 26,000 plus samples but mainly those that are connected with our sampling sites and also those that will help us in our interactions with the Mapping group.
