Online GEM3 reporting for Year-4 will open Monday, April 25th!
This report is intended to capture your GEM3-related efforts/activities/products from the past year (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022).
Annual reporting is essential for every GEM3 participant. The data we collect helps us to demonstrate to the NSF the wide impact and importance of the NSF EPSCoR RII Track-1 investment in Idaho.
IMPORTANT Notes:
- Monday morning (April 25th) ~10am (PST) when the reporting session has opened, you will receive an email invitation to login to the reporting site. If you are new to our GEM3 Annual Reporting this year, your email will indicate you first need to set a password for your account. The reporting site can also be accessed here: https://idahoepscor.piestar.com/login and in the top left corner of our GEM3 website [See REPORTING button]: https://www.idahogem3.org/
- We encourage you to access the site early and become familiar with the different modules you’ve been assigned to report on. You are assigned only to the necessary report modules, depending upon your role in the project (e.g., students do not see the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) mentioned below).
- Each module has descriptive help-text to guide your entries; please take time to read it carefully before adding entries.
- If you have questions, you may email Ashley Bogar (Program Manager & Evaluation Director) directly at ashley@uidaho.edu or you can use the Help feature within the Idaho EPSCoR Reporting system. Please note: the Help feature will email both support@piestar.com and myself. This is preferable for system issues so that Piestar can help address the issue faster. I am happy to schedule Zoom meetings for additional help, if/as needed.
Reporting closes May 30th to allow for NSF report submission deadlines, so your reports must be completed and submitted before this date.
